  2. I figured 15 days. The 12 painters got 6 days of work done, which left 12 days' worth of work left, but then they had 4/3 the labor hours after that, so that would cut the remaining days needed to 9 hours; 9 + 6 = 15 ... ?

  3. 4/3 the workforce, I mean, so that 12/(4/3) = 9 . Gah.
