I read this on another blog's comments: "My school had meetings this week to brainstorm ideas for ways to incentivize our sophomores to care about the CAHSEE."
Um, maybe they could start by eliminating words like "incentivize"?

We professionally-developed this week. Oops, can't make that a verb. A verb implies action.......
ReplyDeleteI think maybe "motivate" was the word they were looking for. Could meetings like this be done away with entirely if administrators were each given a thesaurus?
